For those who have made or are still making resolutions for 2025:

Here are my two cents, drawn from 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur.

Note: When I say “experience,” I mean a combination of failures and successes—including multiple failed attempts before achieving the desired results.

The most important part of moving towards your goals is making decisions and then acting on those decisions.

The problem most people face is that they avoid making certain decisions simply because of the fear of failure.

As a result, those decisions remain pending for days, weeks, months, or even years.

By the time they finally act, it’s often too late, and the window of opportunity has closed for that specific goal.

I’ve been guilty of delaying decisions myself, losing both time and money because of it.

Now, I make decisions in a matter of hours, and I don’t let the outcome hold me back. This approach helps me move faster.

Remember: Not every decision in life will turn out right. In fact, you’ll likely get more decisions wrong than right.

However, the key is this: the more decisions you make, the more chances you create for success.

Think about the fictional Genie who grants three wishes. Life, on the other hand, gives you countless chances—so why let fear hold you back?

Since I started making immediate decisions in all areas of my life, including business, I’ve seen results faster.

Not every result aligns with my expectations, but I can quickly adjust my decisions to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

It took me years to build a couple of businesses because of my slow decision-making process. But ever since I adopted faster decision-making, I’ve been able to set up businesses and teams more quickly, without becoming overwhelmed.

I’ve spent years and well over six figures learning this lesson from the top 1% (through physical masterminds, not just online courses).

Conclusion: It’s 2025—start making decisions now. Don’t let the fear of failure keep you from taking action.
